Astrea Yacht Description
The Galapagos Islands are a unique destination and the Astrea is the only cruise that can offer two types of itineraries. One, a naturalist itinerary in which you can explore the Islands and the magnificent animals that inspired Darwin's theory of evolution or secondly, you can choose the diving itinerary exploring the depths of rich and lively ecosystem accompanied by expert divers. The vessel also offers Naturalist Guides in ample comfortable cabins with outstanding service making your trip a once in a lifetime experience.
Astrea features 2 tank compressors, enriched air nitrox, scuba tanks with valves, belts, weights and also a rinse table and camera. Dives are done from a dive tender, which allows easy access to the different diving sites to divers.

Astrea Galapagos Reviews
Comments and recommendations received on this Galapagos cruise:
Thank you for asking, we just returned to Germany today.
Our cruise was very nice, we enjoyed the dives and the food was great too.
Overall we liked Ecuador a lot. Quito was interesting (although the weather could have been better!), and so were Otavalo, Quilotoa, Baños and even Guayaquil.
I am sure I will reach out again when we travel to this region again.
Until then, many thanks again,
Traveled on the Astrea
