Galapagos Water Temperature:The water temperature tends to vary depending on the time of year. Water temperature is colder in the months June to November because this is the rainy season in the Galapagos and the rain tends to bring colder waters, therefore water temperature during this time ranges from 65°F (18°C) to 75°F (24°C). From May to December water temperature is warmer due to El Niño which brings a warm current; and thus warmer
waters. Water temperature during this time ranges from 70°F
(21°C) to 80°F (26°C).
The Best Time to go Diving in the Galapagos:The best time to go diving in the Galapagos is from June to November, this when the most marine life can be seen. However, water temperature tends to be a little cold during this time period as well.

a tour with one of our hotels.
