Alya Description

Explore the islands that inspired Charles Darwin's theory of evolution and changed the way we understand our planet aboard one of the newest and most comfortable catamarans to sail the Galapagos Islands – the M/C Alya.

Formerly named "Alya", the Alya has 4-day, 5-day itineraries and two options for 8-day itineraries that give you the perfect opportunity to discover the Islands by hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, or just relaxing on the amazing, white sandy beaches. All of these activities will be directed by top bilingual naturalist guides who will share their extensive knowledge of the Islands with you. Social areas are ample and stylish, and meals are generally served buffet style and can cater to special dietary needs.

Alya Cabins

Launched in 2017, the Alya has nine cabins in total, and eight of them have private balconies to enjoy panoramic views of the Galapagos Islands. The spacious cabins have two twin beds which optionally can be converted to make a queen size. Each cabin has its own private bathroom, independent climate control system, hairdryer, safe deposit box, and luxury-class style and amenities.

What people experienced on board of Alya

The driver that took us to GYE airport for departure to Galapagos did an EXCELLENT job of getting us through all the permitting process for visiting Galapagos!! Given the language barriers, I don't think I could have done it without him.
